Back to running after 3 days break

As much as a "break" sounds like a good thing, it doesn't really do much good for me. Had been going out to run 2.4km for 3 straight days on the 18th of February to 20th February and stopped because the Lunar New Year holidays are over. Once I go back to work, I feel so tired that I don't have the willpower to wake up early to run.

Well, I ran again today. Fortunately the stamina is still maintained at the same level.

Need to run faster...

and faster I shall run.
