AFZANE
was originally created by an independent graphic designer and
Flash programmer, Izam Z, as an outlet of creative expression.
It has since evolved into a site primarily focused on game design
for the pocket PC and recently the Sony Clie.
The
games found here were developed by leveraging on the knowledge
of Flash actionscript programming and the increasingly popular
Macromedia Flash Players (yes, they will soon be on every device
you can think of!)
Current
handheld devices do not have the high processing power like
their desktop counterparts, hence playing flash animation or
games taken off from websites may suffer during playback on
these devices. Contrary to most Flash development suggestions
that Flash games for devices has to be those of card games or
other genres which tend not to be processor intensive, AFZANE
however seeks to challenge this notion and dishes out a few
action/arcade style games which are appealing to gamers and
will not suffer from any lag during playback on your device.
